They leave for home and Geet was lost in her world thinking about the incident…… Maan somewhere was not satisfied with her answer (self talk): I think there is something else which is bothering her….. I need to find out………

Days started passing by……….. Geet was enjoying the office……… It was nearly 1 month……. Whenever Geet is alone Arjun would always be there to trouble her……… Geet would always see that she is either with Maan or with Yash…….

Maan had sensed that something was bothering Geet ……. He was sure that he will find out soon………..

In Office

Geet was busy in her work in his cabin and Maan had just returned back from the conference………… He was sneezing continuously………..

Geet immediately went to Maan……..

Geet: Maan what happen???

Maan just nodded his head saying nothing………..: Geet I am fine……… Have you done with your thing which I gave you……… I want to put it in the contract…………

Geet: Ya almost done………..

He sneezes again……..

Geet: I think Maan you are not feeling well…… But in the morning you were perfectly fine what happen to you suddenly…….

While Geet was asking Maan, Yash just entered the cabin with medicine in his hand……..

Yash: Geet bro had cold drink with lot of ice in it at the meeting and ice does not suit him at all…….. He looks at Maan and forwards him the medicine saying……. Bro take this you will feel better………..

Maan: No I am fine………

Yash: No you are not………. Take this you will actually feel better……..

Maan kept on sneezing and did not took medicine from Yash………

Geet who was silently watching for some minute finally took the medicine from Yash’s hand…………

Geet: chup……. Aap dono………. And then turn towards Maan in angry tone: chup chap yeh medicine lijiye aap samje……….

Yash giggles…… Maan gives a stern look to Yash…….

Maan: Geet thodi der mai theek hojayega… I don’t need medicine……… sach mai……….

Geet: I don’t understand what is your problem in having this medicine……..

Yash: Because Bro hates medicine……….

Maan: Yash…………

Geet: ohhhhh Yash hold Maan………. And puts the medicine in his mouth and gives water to him……. He has it making faces………….

Yash: Wow Geet…….. you have done it……..

Maan: This is pathetic………..

Geet: This is a medicine not a chocolate that it will taste yummy………

Yash: Ok guys I am going…… my work is done………….

Geet: Where???

Yash: Who…. I have to meet one of my friend………

Geet: Ha Ha I know you friend………..

Maan: What is this going on…… Even I need to know……..

Yash: Nothing bro she is mad………Byee

Geet (angrily): What??? Mad……. Mr. Yash I am not going to leave you just wait………..

Maan (with heavy chocked voice): Geet…… Can you pass me that file please……

Geet looked at him and could clearly see that Maan was not at all feeling well…….. Somewhere she was not feeling good……….

Geet: Maan I think you should go home…………

Maan: No I am fine………. File please………..

Geet hands over the file but her hand touches his hand she could feel that his hand was burning……… Geet immediately put the file on table and checked his head…… It was burning…………

Geet : Maan you are having fever………. Chalo let us go to doctor……….

Maan: Nothing is there……….

Geet (angrily and concerned): Just Shut up and listen to me……. Chalo let us go home…… I will call Doctor uncle to come home directly………

Maan: Geet but………..

Geet immediately kept her finger on his lips: aap kabhi koi baat sunte kyu nahi……….

Maan just stared at her and was totally lost in her behavior………. He had never seen her caring for him so much…….. Geet looked at Maan who was just staring at her at that time she realized it that her finger was on his lips…….

Geet immediately took her finger and looked here and there………

Maan could sense what Geet would have felt………..

Maan sneezed again…… Geet immediately went near him………

Geet: Maan let us go………..

Geet helped Maan to walk till the car and also informed the Pinky to cancel all the appointment………..

They went home…… Savitri was surprised to see Maan and Geet so early at home………….

Savitri could read from Maan’s face that he was not feeling well………. She asked Geet and Geet told her everything……….

Savitri: Geet, take Maan to his room……….

Geet took Maan to his room and by that time Doctor also came……… Doctor did the checking…………

Geet: Doctor Uncle everything is ok na………

Doctor: Ha beta everything is fine…… it is only viral……. I think he must have had lot of ice……… It does not suit him………..

Geet: Yes…….. But there is nothing to worry na………….

Doctor: No nothing……. I am giving some medicine…… just give him regularly…… and then turns to Maan……… Maan no office for atleast 3 to 4 days………

Before Maan would answer Geet immediately said: he won’t go anywhere………

Savitri was happy to see Geet is thinking about Maan…. And even Maan had a smile seeing Geet worrying about him…………

Doctor gave medicine and left……….. Savitri also left from there leaving Geet and Maan alone………….

Maan: Thank you Geet……….

Geet: You don’t have say anything……… I think you forgot that we are friends and in friends there is no thank you or sorry……… and by the way this I am doing it for myself…………

Maan: means????

Geet: ha aur nahi to kya……….. My college is also going to start by next week then who will drop me to college……… she suddenly bit her lips realizing what she said……………

Maan: Ohhh so you want me to drop you to college everyday….. ha …………

Geet was about to go Maan hold her hand…. Geet turn herself…….

Maan: I will…………..

Geet: I will bring soup for you…………

Maan: Hmm…….

Geet: Merea haat………..

Maan just left her hand…… Geet went away from there………. She was feeling something different today……. She was herself not aware what was happening to her……. She was not able to see Maan in this condition……….

After sometime Geet bought the soup and medicine with her……… Maan as usual made all the nakras for not having medicine but Geet was Geet……….. She used her all means to give him medicine and also fed him soup……..

Unknown to them two person were looking at them and that was Savitri and Yash……….. Savitri had tears in her eyes to see them like this…………

Yash assured her by saying that very soon everything will be perfectly fine between them…… Maan has changed himself a lot and Geet is also trying her level best….. Though she is  caring Maan as friend but one day she will love him like anything……..

Savitri: I hope whatever you say comes true……..

Geet would regularly keep on track of Maan medicine for the whole day………….

It was night Geet came to Maan’s room and saw Maan working on the laptop and also the night medicine was lying on the table……. Geet got angry and stood in front to him………

Maan: hii geet…….. you have not slept yet………..    

Geet(angrily): What are you doing???

Maan: Nothing was just checking the mail………..

Geet: So are you done……

Maan: Ha just 10 minutes…….

Geet comes closer and takes the laptop from his hand kept on side table……..

Maan: Geet………. What are………….. He gulped the words seeing Geet angry………. Who actually………

Geet: Nothing…… you don’t care for your friend……… She takes the medicine and gives to Maan….

Maan like a good boy does whatever she tells……. She was about to leave Maan bring her with a jerk and falls on his chest………..

Maan holds her by her waist…….. They get lost in each other……… Maan was totally lost in that beauty of eyes……… Geet was also flowing in the desire of his eyes……. There eyelock was broken with a phone call……..

Geet looks at the phone and just cuts it and Maan sees the sudden tension on her face………

Maan: Geet sorry……….. who actually mai………

Geet: who actually I could not hold my balance………

Maan: Chalo it is very late……. Let us sleep……… I have an important meeting tomorrow………

Geet: Oye hello Mr. Khurana……. You are not going anywhere tomorrow…… I have cancelled all your meetings for 5 days………. So you are not going anywhere………..

Maan: how can you do that………….

Geet: I can do anything………………. Now chalo sleep….. even I will sleep at the couch so that I can keep a check on you so that in the middle of the night you don’t take laptop and start working……….

Maan just smiles: Geet why are you sleeping on the couch you can sleep on the other side of the bed…. I promise I wont……………

Geet did not allow him to complete his sentence and just walked towards the other side of the bed and slept…………

Precap: Maan: Geet you still don’t trust me…… hai na………. that is the reason……..
